The Busline League continued regular season play for middle school basketball on Thursday, Dec. 20 across the Midcoast and several local schools were in action.

7th Grade Boys Basketball: Camden-Rockport 52, Troy Howard 49

Camden-Rockport held quarterly advantages of 15-8, 30-16 and 52-34. 

Scoring for Troy Howard were Cole Clark (two points), Cole Castro (six), Ethan Abbott (two), Caden Nickerson (two), Ben Osborne (eight), Kaiden Grotton (four), Eli Veilleux (four), Jacob Lindelof (four) and Curtis Littlefield (17).

Scoring for Camden-Rockport were Griffin Spear (five points), Owen Reynolds (18), Karl Hokkanen (four), Will Duke (19), Alexander Todd (two), August Knause (two) and Miles Murray (two). 

8th Grade Girls Basketball: Oceanside 70, Great Salt Bay 30

Oceanside held quarterly advantages of 12-2, 33-5 and 48-16. 

Scoring for Great Salt Bay were Reegan Dunican (two points), Maya Cannon (12), Baylie Anistasio (four), Marley Starer (two), Annie Peaslee (four), Katherine McKenney (two) and Mary Gerthner (four). 

Scoring for Oceanside were A. Mackie (22 points), A. Hersey (four), A. Waterman (nine), A. Hatch (two), E. Sykes (10), G. van Buskirk (six), B. Stasluis (10), S. Hansen (four) and M. Smith (three).
