ROCKLAND — Jessica Shepard returns to RSU 13 Adult and Community Education to teach three low-cost yoga classes that begin November 5 at the McLain Building in Rockland.

The informal, Yoga for the People, class returns to provide a low-key and eclectic class that welcomes people of all shapes, sizes, and abilities to improve health, focus, and positivity through yoga.

This class runs on Tuesday afternoons starting at 4 p.m., and Tuesday evenings at 5:30 p.m., at a fee of $18 for the three-week sessions.

New this fall, two parent-child classes will be offered on Wednesday mornings starting at 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., at a fee of $25 for the three-week sessions.

The Parent-Toddler Class and Parent-Baby Class will provide a laid-back class environment that offers yoga flow for parents, and movement, storytelling, and song for the children.
