THOMASTON — Join Thomaston Public Library for their annual Spaghetti Dinner, Wednesday, June 9, to raise funds for the 40 Days of Summer program.
This year, they will be serving takeout from 5 – 7 p.m., at the Thomaston Federated Church, at 8 Hyler Street. However, if the weather is nice, a picnic and bake sale will be held on the lawn at the library.
“Come enjoy the company of neighbors and delicious food (Diane Giese, former Head Librarian, has promised to make her signature spaghetti sauce!) at a safe event outdoors,” said the Library, in a news release.
The suggested donation for dinner is $8 per person, but everyone is welcome, regardless of ability to donate.
Baked goods will be priced as marked.
All proceeds will benefit the Library’s summer lunch-and-activities program, 40 Days of Summer.
For more information or to RSVP, contact the Library at (207) 354-2453 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
