CAMDEN — Increased stress, anxiety and depression are being reported worldwide, according to Camden Whole Health, in a news release. With this in mind, Camden Whole Health will host a Climate Grief Forum, Sunday, March 15, from 5 - 6:30 p.m.
This forum will offer information about these rising trends and a frame within which to understand the range of reactions we are all experiencing to the climate crisis. The purpose of this forum is to provide a safe place where people can explore their thoughts and feelings about the climate crisis, learn strategies to cope, build resilience and community.
The forum is open to newcomers and returning participants, is free and open to the public.
