Camden Police beat: Forgery, speeding, violating a condition of release

    CAMDEN — Camden police reported the following activity from Oct. 2-14. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Oct. 2

    Deborah D. Chatfield, 62, of Camden, was arrested by Officer Brook Hartshorn for violating a condition of release.

    Oct. 4

    Colin J. Marshall, 22, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Paul Thompson for speeding.

    Gary Simmons, 47, of Rockport, was arrested by Officer Jonathon Morgan for aggravated forgery.

    Oct. 5

    Arthur M. Andrews, 34, of Camden, was arrested by Thompson for violating a condition of release.

    Oct. 6

    Dolores Hatch, 57, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Officer Sam Butler for failure to produce insurance.

    Amber L. St. Pierre, 24, of Albion, was issued a summons by Morgan for permitting illegal attachment.

    October 9

    Jessica Mann, 18, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Mark Bennett for speeding.

    October 10

    Chelsea Mank, 28, of Hope, was issued a summons by Bennett for an inspection violation.

    October 11

    Zachary D. Brown, 33, of Northport, was issued a summons by S. Butler for operating without a license, operating with registration expired over 150 days, and speeding.

    Susan McCrohan, 57, of Appleton, was issued a summons by S. Butler for speeding.

    Joseph M. Auciello, 66, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Morgan for failure to produce insurance.

    October 13

    Thorin E. Smith, 18, of Bar Harbor, was issued a summons by Morgan for failure to produce insurance and failure to stop at a red light.

    October 14

    Jerry Poulin, 53, of Camden, was issued a summons by S. Butler for operating without a license.

    Sandra Schaeffer, 44, of Jefferson, was issued a summons by S. Butler for improper color headlights.

    Jeremy Allen, 48, of Northport, was issued a summons by S. Butler for failure to maintain control of motor vehicle.
