    CAMDEN – Camden police reported the following activity from July 2-31. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    July 2

    Shelby Gammon, 46, of Warren, was issued a summons by Officer Sam Butler for failure to produce insurance.

    July 4

    Shelby Thomas, 24, of Rockland, was issued a summons by S. Butler for failure to register motor vehicle.

    July 5

    James Farley, 26, of Camden, was arrested by S. Butler for criminal trespass and failure to sign summons.

    July 6

    Philip McMahon, 52, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Allen Weaver for speed.

    July 9

    Melissa Brown, 30, of Belfast, was issued a summons by Officer Mark Bennett for speed.

    July 10

    Patrick Aylward, 33, of Searsmont, was issued a summons by S. Butler for operating with studded tires and failure to produce insurance.

    July 11

    Frances Yates, 71, of Camden, was issued a summons by Bennett for expired registration.

    Conor O’Dwyer, 18, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Bennett for speed.

    John Flaherty, 37, of Camden, was issued a summons by S. Butler for violating condition of release.

    Susan Hunt, 50, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Bennett for expired registration.

    Harvey Ardman, 81, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Officer Paul Thompson for failure to register vehicle.

    July 18

    Jorge Parra, 68, of Wyndmoor, Pa., was issued a summons by S. Butler for speed.

    Joah Welt, 19, of Hope, was issued a summons by S. Butler for speed, failure to produce insurance.

    July 23

    Sarah Sawyer, 28, of Lincolnville, was arrested by Officer Wes Butler for operating under the influence, drug possession.

    July 25

    Stuart Glass, 62, of Beacon, N.Y., was issued a summons by S. Butler for speed.

    Jillian Lary, 23, of Liberty, was issued a summons by S. Butler for criminal speed.

    July 26

    Amy Gray, 50, of Camden, was arrested by Sgt. Dan Brown for probation violations.

    July 27

    Patrizia Arcuni-English, 80, of Camden, was issued a summons by Bennett for expired registration.

    Christopher Johnson, 32, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Bennett for expired registration.

    Kathryn Hogeland, 44, of Unity, was issued a summons by Bennett for studded tired.

    Kevin Stanley, 52, of Camden, was issued a summons by Brown for operating after suspension.

    July 28

    Charlie English, 28, of Camden, was issued a summons by S. Butler for speed.

    July 29

    Jill Chandler, 38, of Camden, was issued a summons by Thompson for inadequate plate light.

    Russell Johnson, 48, of Camden, was issued a summons by Thompson for passenger in a vehicle smoking with person under 16 in the vehicle.

    Kasidee York, 23, of Waldo, was issued a summons by S. Butler for expired registration, failure to produce insurance.

    Christopher Dennison, 38, Lincolnville, was issued a summons by S. Butler for failure to display current inspection.
