The Jammers had seen the Eagles before, pulling out a 4-3 win in overtime the last time they faced off. This time, the Jammers were nothing but thirsty for the chance of a semi-final win.
The game kicked off with the Jammers wearing red, and early on the home team earned a free kick at the half.
Eve Domareki, Sophomore No. 13, found the ball at her feet, and with her quick footwork, got the ball in the back of the net giving the Jammers a 1-0 lead.
Sophomore, No. 10 Molly Williams followed after with a beauty of an outside shot, played off of a corner kick, securing the 2-0 lead.
In the second half, the Jammers receive a free kick in the midfield, and Freshman, No. 3 Liv Domareki took the shot, adding to make the score 3-0.
On a crossing ball from Junior, No. 7 Thea Laukka, the ball found the feet of Molly Williams in the box, who pummeled it in for 4-0.
Not settling with the lengthy lead, Molly Williams sent a magnificent forward ball, leaving Liv Domareki and the Eagles center back in a foot race and again, the Jammers found the back of the net.
To end the game at 6-0 in favor of the Windjammers, Molly Willaims did not fail to score her third goal of the game on a left-footed shot.
The Windjammer girls, happy to end a semi-final game 6-0, now face-off against the Bangor Rams, in the Northern-A Finals match, on Tuesday, Nov. 4, at Cameron Stadium in Bangor. Come out and give the well-earned support to your Camden Hills Regional High School Windjammer girls soccer team.
