Breathing Basics for Better Health
ROCKPORT — Did you know that the way you breathe affects your health? Cheryl Chase, PT, will teach you how to understand your breathing cycle, engage your core and apply proper breathing techniques while standing, sitting and lying down. These exercises can help with pain management, aid in relaxation and support proper movements to help you feel better as you move through your day.
