Breaking Bread: Essays from New England on Food, Hunger, and Family, debuts in Camden with authors speaking

Beacon Press has announce the release of Breaking Bread: Essays from New England on Food, Hunger, and Family. The collection of essays features writing from celebrated authors from Maine and surrounding states, including Richard Russo, Lily King, Phuc Tran, and Kathy Gunst.

Contributors Nancy Harmon Jenkins, Sandy Oliver, Marilyn Moss Rockefeller, Alice Bingham Gorman, Kathy Gunst, and Gabriela Acero will read from their essays on Tuesday, June 7, 6 p.m., at the Camden Amphitheater. The event is sponsored by the Camden Public Library.
