ROCKPORT — Do you ever wonder if you should be taking the latest fad supplement or whether it is more important to play brain games or go for a walk?
Neuropsychologists Kendra Bryant and Erin Logue present Brain Health As You Age, Wednesday, July 10, at 6 p.m., at the Rockport Opera House.
Participants of Brain Health As You Age will learn about how micronutrients, hormones, sleep, diet, exercise and other lifestyle factors impact brain health and will learn about testing that can help identify areas where support or change are needed for a specific individual to maintain healthy brain function.
Kendra Bryant grew up in Camden. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wellesley College with a B.A. in psychology and philosophy in 1988. She completed a master’s degree in psychology from Boston College in 1993 and a doctoral degree from the Bouve College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 1999.
She established Neuropsychology and Concussion Management Associates in early 2013, and the group moved to Rockport in 2013.
Erin Logue graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Dallas, where she majored in psychology and minored in performing arts. She went on to earn an master’s degree and a doctorate from Texas Tech University.
She completed her internship with a focus on neuropsychology at South Texas VA.
