BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Nov. 7-26.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Nov. 7
Jeremy Williams, 64, of Northport, was issued summonses for failure to give notice of a crash via the quickest means and leaving the scene of a property damage crash on Congress Street, stemming from an incident Oct. 29.
Nov. 17
Nola Noble, 22, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Ryan Road.
Jeffrey A. Philbrook, 18, of Brooks, was arrested due to indictment.
