BELFAST — Belfast Police reported four traffic violations between Dec. 22-28. Two traffic citations were issued for failure to register a motor vehicle, one was issued for operating with a child under two years of age who is not properly secured, and the last citation was issued for an inspection sticker violation. In addition to the four traffic citations, the following activity was reported.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Dec. 22

Ashley T. Lowe, 36, of Camden, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Northport Ave. 

Dec. 24

Jerica L. Wallace, 35, of Belfast, was arrested for assault on Patterson Hill Road. 

Dec. 26

Brian Collins, 34, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Swan Lake Ave. 

Michael Gavin, 18, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear.
