    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Jan. 24 - Feb. 3. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Jan. 24

    Barbara T. Hartlett, 58, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on High Street. 

    Matthew B. McIver, 66, of Thorndike, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1. 

    Jan. 26

    William C. Whitcomb, 39, of Monroe, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on High Street. 

    Jan. 27

    Katelin Juszkiewicz, 26, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Field Street.

    Jan. 28

    Travis Smith, 38, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on High Street. 

    Phillip M. McFadden, 28, of Waldo, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Main Street. 

    Jan. 29

    Philp J. Dulude, 52, was issued a summons for violation of a condition of release on East Ave. 

    Jan. 30

    Candra S. Leckman, 32, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after habitual offender revocation on Route 1. 

    Jan. 31

    Michael D. Hurley, 70, of Belfast, was issued a summons for a City of Belfast ordinance violation (fireworks) on High Street. 

    Nicholas R. Chasser, 23, of Belfast, was issued a summons for Mountain View Lane.
