    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Nov. 3-24. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Nov. 3

    Robert N. Debeck, 21, of Franklin, was issued summonses for theft of services on Church Street and abandoning animals at an animal care facility at Paws in Camden stemming from an incident Oct. 30. 

    Krysta-Sky M. Sweetland, 21, of Franklin, was issued summonses for theft of services on Church Street and abandoning animals at an animal care facility at Paws in Camden, stemming from an incident Oct. 30. 

    Jeffrey H. Dorr Jr., 39, of South Thomaston, was issued a summons for negotiating a worthless instrument. 

    Nov. 4

    Marissa Melton, 28, of Monroe, was issued a summons for negotiating a worthless instrument on High Street, stemming from an incident Sept. 21. 

    Nov. 6

    David J. Burch, 43, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive, stemming from an incident Nov. 2. Burch was also issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive, stemming from an incident Nov. 6.

    Nov. 12

    Luman Lesan, 32, of Morrill, was issued a summons for speeding 49 mph in a 30 mph zone on Marsh Road. 

    Taylor Damon, 29, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for violation of a protective order on High Street, stemming from an incident Nov. 4. 

    Nov. 13

    James St. Pierre, 30, was arrested for domestic violence terrorizing on Garden Way. 

    Nov. 14

    Julia Howard, 19, of Dover Foxcroft, was issued a summons for theft on Starrett Drive, stemming from an incident Nov. 6. 

    Nov. 16

    Joshua R. Miller, 48, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear. 

    Nov. 19

    Kate Aldus, 29, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violating conditions of release in High Street. 

    Marjorie C. Percival, 65, of Belfast, was issued a summons for trespass by a motor vehicle on Foot Bridge Road, stemming from an incident Oct. 29.
