    BELFAST —Belfast Police reported the following activity Oct. 18-30. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Oct. 18

    Derri M. Lucas, 44, of Knox, was arrested for (three counts of) assault on Piper Stream Road. 

    Oct. 24

    Matthew S. Melvin, 39, of Shelburne, Vermont, was arrested for failure to appear.

    Barbara Edmonds, 85, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for theft by taking or transfer on Northport Ave. 

    Oct. 25

    Michael Paquin, 50, of Belmont, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Route 52 in Northport. 

    Damien A. Gordon, 19, of Freedom, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Swan Lake Ave.

    Adam Rumney, 29, of Belfast, was issued a summons for assault on Hunt Road, stemming from an incident Oct. 9.

    Oct. 27

    Marjorie Percival, 54, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Footbridge Road. 

    Ryan Drake, 41, of Troy, was arrested for failure to appear. 

    Richard C. Brown Sr., 66, of Belfast, was issued a summons for speeding 44 mph in a 25 mph zone. 

    Bonnie Page, 58, of Bangor, was arrested for failure to appear. 

    Oct. 28

    Esther Darres, 69, of Waldo, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign on Miller Street. 

    Oct. 29

    Kane Ackley, 35, of Swanville, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Swan Lake Ave. 

    Jonathan Littlefield, 40, of Belfast, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Ryan Road. 

    Oct. 30

    Jay Drinkwater, 36, of Swanville, was issued a summons for speeding 61 mph in a 45 mph zone on Swan Lake Ave.
