    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Sept. 22 - Oct. 19. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Sept. 22

    Kenneth A. Strider, 37, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Searsport Ave. 

    Oct. 9

    Charles I. Jaskins, 25, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Lincolnville Ave.

    Oct. 10

    Jennifer Steingass, 38, of Union, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with an expired license (over 90 days past expiration) on Searsport Ave in Belfast. 

    Oct. 11

    Suzannah Gray, 20, of Rockport, was issued a summons for speeding 40 mph in a 25 mph zone on Congress Street.

    Katelin N. Jusckiewiccz, 26, of Searsport, was issued summonses for unauthorized use of property and operating under the influence on Lincolnville Ave, stemming from an incident Sept. 17. 

    Oct. 12

    Courtney N. Burns, 34, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear. 

    Oct. 13

    Richard O’Connor, 64, of Belfast, was issued a summons for speeding 38 mph in a 25 mph zone on Congress Street. 

    Diana Blood, 34, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Route 3. 

    Albert J. Russell, 36, of Waldo, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release. 

    Oct. 14

    Amy Fiorill, 43, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while on a mobile divide on Main Street. 

    Oct. 15

    Melissa Rhode, 27, of Searsport, was issued a summons for negotiating a worthless instrument on Swan Lake Ave, stemming from an incident Jan. 26. 

    Oct. 16

    Greg Rossner, 67, of Northport, was arrested for violation of bail. 

    Oct. 19

    Dmitri Lieders, 35, of Middletown, Connecticut, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile phone on Route 1.
