    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Sept. 14-30. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Sept. 14

    Gary M. Robbins, 31, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Searsport Ave. 

    Sept. 19

    Ross C. Liberty, 27, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Searsport Ave. 

    Gage J. Gagnon, 22, of Belfast, was arrested for (two counts of) failure to appear. 

    Ashley Heeter, 32, of Belfast, was issued summonses for permitting unlawful use and violating conditions of release on Searsport Ave. 

    Sept. 25

    Laurie Allen, 59, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Seaview Terrace. 

    Gage J. Gagnon, 22, of Belfast, was arrested for (two counts of) failure to appear. 

    Todd Dorr, 40, of Belfast, was arrested for obstructing the report of a crime and domestic violence criminal mischief on Ryan Road in Belfast

    Joanna L. Mehuren, 35, of Searsmont, was issued summonses for violation of conditions of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on Belmont Ave.
