    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Aug. 25 - Sept. 7. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Aug. 25 

    Derek A. Tripp, 27, of Monroe, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Lincolnville Ave.

    Aug. 30

    Gary G. Tanguay, 38, of Stratford, Connecticut, was issued a summons for unauthorized use of property on Front Street. 

    Meisha L. Rice, 38, of Belfast, was issued a summons for unauthorized use of property on Front Street. 

    Aug. 31

    Rachel Winchenbach, 19, of Waldoboro, was arrested for assault, criminal mischief, and criminal trespass on Washington Street. 

    Jessica Alexander, 44, of Waldoboro, was arrested for criminal mischief, violating conditions of release, and criminal trespass on Washington Street. 

    Sept. 2

    Norman A. Hightower, 38, of Searsport, was issued a summons for speeding 79 mph in a 45 mph zone on Back Searsport Road. 

    Sept. 3

    Jason L. Davis, 42, of Warren, was arrested for violating conditions of release and issued a summons for illegal possession of hypodermic apparatuses on Swan lake Ave. 

    Thomas V. Berube, 21, of Northport, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Searsport Ave.

    Sept. 4

    Evan C. Pease, 27, of Monroe, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1. 

    Sept. 6

    Christopher Rivers, 46, of Corinna, was arrested for violating conditions of release and issued a summons for operating after suspension on Searsport Ave. 

    Wayne Lawrence, 41, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, obstructing the report of a crime, criminal threatening, domestic violence terrorizing, terrorizing, and (two counts of) criminal mischief on Northport Ave. 

    Sept. 7

    Rosco J. Baatjies, 20, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on Searsport Ave.
