BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Aug. 14-31. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Aug. 14

Kevin J. Vachon, 27, of Morrill, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and operating after suspension on Shepherd Road. 

Aug. 16

Roger Coffman, 26, of Page, Arizona, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Route 1. 

Aug. 17

Brett A. Hayward, 46, of Northport, was issued summonses for violating conditions of release and operating after suspension on Northport Ave.

Liane A. Rolls, 22, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence and issued a summons for speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone on Route 1.

Anthony D. Faught, 52, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Back Searsport Road. 

C. Robert Wiley, 23, of Northport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Back Searsport Road. 

Craig E. Brown Jr., 23, of Belfast, was issued summonses for attaching false plates and failure to provide proof of insurance on Main Street. 

Aug. 18

Eric W. Johnston, 56, of Auburn, was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle on Belmont Ave. 

Aug.19

Daniel D. Jean, 23, of Belfast, was arrested for violating conditions of release and issued a summons for theft by deception on Searsport Ave. 

Aug. 20

Leslie Michell, 67, of Northport, was issued a summons for improper passing on Northport Ave.

Aug. 21

Robert E. Bouchard, 39, of Swanville, was issued a summons for speeding 67 mph in a 40 mph zone on Northport Ave. 

Diana A. Blood, 34, of Belfast, was arrested for theft and violation of conditions of release on Lincolnville Ave. 

Albert J. Russell, 36, of Searsport, was arrested for violation of a protective order, theft, and violating conditions of release on Lincolnville Ave. 

Aug. 22

Ronald L. Provencher, 54, of Bucksport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Searsport Ave. 

Sidney Harris, 35, of Belfast, was arrested for violation of conditions of release and criminal trespass on Boardman Way; Harris has also been charged with criminal trespass on Swan Lave Ave and theft on Searsport Ave, also on Aug. 20. On Aug. 27 Harris was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Swan Lake ave. 

Aug. 23

Dontrel  D. Jean, 23, of Belfast, was arrested for theft and violating conditions of release on Footbridge Road. Jean was also arrested Aug. 26 for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating conditions of release on Main Street. 

Aug. 24

Samuel Ingraham, 42, of Searsport, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign on Church Street. 

Aug. 25

James H. MacMillan, 69, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence and operating without a license in violation of a condition or restriction on Lincolnville Ave. 

Peter G. McGowan, 55, of Searsmont, was arrested for operating under the influence, operating without a license in violation of a condition or restriction, and violating conditions of release on Main Street.

Aug. 26

William Pendergast, 51, of Searsport, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Starrett Drive. 

Danellen L. Ebey, 39, of Liberty, was arrested for operating under the influence and operating after suspension on Belmont Ave. 

Aug. 27

A Thorndike minor was issued a summons for speeding 69 mph in a 40 mph zone on Waterville Road. 

Jessica Mehorter, 40, of Northport, was issued a summons for speeding 56 mph in a 40 mph zone on Lincolnville Ave. 

Aug. 29

Kylee M. Gordon, 27, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Searsport Ave.
