Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity June 18-29. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    June 19

    Dawson J. Allen, 19, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for speeding 78 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 3. 

    June 21

    Nicholas J. Salvatore Jr., 20, of Morrill, was issued summonses for failure to give notice of an accident by quickest means, an accident involving personal injury, driving to endanger, and failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle on Swan Lake Ave  June 20.

    Isaac Wright, 42, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Pearl Street. 

    June 22

    Unique S. Peters, 45, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Route 1. 

    June 23

    Phillip J. Dulude, 51, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release. 

    Troy E. Bryant, 44, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after habitual offender revocation on Swan Lake Ave. 

    June 24

    Robert Ozilice, 23, of Savannah, Georgia, was arrested on a warrant obtained by Bangor Police for unlawful sexual touching. 

    June 26

    Diana Blood, 34, of Waldo, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Swan Lake Ave; Blood was //also issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Bluebird Circle June 22.

    June 28

    Lucille M. Gardiner, 66, of Thorndike, was issued a summons for speeding 60 mph in a 40 mph zone on Waterville Road.
