Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Feb. 14-28. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Feb. 14

    Raymond A. Miner, 33, of Knox, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Lincolnville Ave. 

    Feb. 26

    Kelly C. Kisch, 37, of Clifton, was arrested for unpaid restitution. 

    Feb. 27

    Daniell A. Sentell, 28, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for operating under the influence and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Marsh Road. 

    Feb. 28

    Lee A. Saulmek, 55, of Palmyra, was issued a summons for speeding 59 mph in a 40 mph zone on Waterville Road. 

    Joseph D. Pearl, 21, of Waterville, was issued a summons for speeding 61 mph in a 40 mph zone on Waterville Road. 

    Michael A. Dyer, 39, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign on River Ave. 

    Michael W. Cunningham, 62, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating with an expired license, an inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance, and failure to stop at a stop sign on Field Street. 

    Paul Vermilyea, 72, of Belfast, was issued summonses for (two counts of) littering on Doak Road.
