BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Aug. 22-26. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Aug. 23

Joshua S. Foye, 41, of Waldo, was issued a summons for speeding 51 mph in a 30 mph zone on Marsh Road. 

Ezra W. Rugg, 49, of Freedom, was issued a summons for speeding 58 mph in a 40 mph zone on Waterville Road.
