Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity June 28 - July 7. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    June 28

    Lacey A. Falzarano, 33, of Belfast, was issued a summons for being the owner/keeper of a nuisance dog on Swan Lake Ave. 

    July 3

    Dana A. Herbest, 57, of Swanville, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Front Street. 

    Jennifer L. La Porta-Flowers, 43, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Lincolnville Ave. 

    July 4

    Frank Johnson, 54, was arrested for criminal trespass on Main Street. 

    July 5

    David J. Riley, 36, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on Front Street. 

    Tyler Oman, 35, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating an unregistered motor vehicle (150+ days past expiration), attaching false plates, an inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance, and inadequate taillights on Route 1.

    John W. Keithan Jr., 43, was arrested for operating under the influence, failure to notify the operator/owner of an unattended vehicle collision, violating conditions of release, operator possessing an open alcohol container on a public way, failure to provide proof of insurance, attaching false plates, and displaying a fictitious inspection sticker on Main Street.
