BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Jan. 23-30. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Jan. 23

Rochelle J. Skillings, 29, of Belfast, was issued a summons for negotiating a worthless instrument on High Street.

Jan. 27

Robert M. Monte, 77, of Belfast, was issued a summons for speeding 60 mph in a 35 mph zone on Searsport Ave.

Jan. 28

Daniel Carlson, 29, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on Main Street.
