BELFAST — Belfast Dental Care, under the leadership of Dr. Allison Piper, is conducting its free dentistry day on September 11 this year. This is the dental facility’s 5th Annual.
“We think it's especially important in this uncertain climate not to lose sight of the needs of our community,” said Belfast Dental, in a news release.
FREE dental services for uninsured Maine residents. Eligible procedures include: Extractions, Fillings, Cleanings
Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. Services end not later than 5 p.m. Patients five years old and older are eligible for dental services. Your proof of age and Maine residency is required. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A photo of every patient will be taken for identification purposes.
Patients may be asked to sign a consent or release form before accepting treatment. Actual treatment provided depends on patient health and is determined by BDC.
Space is limited.
Belfast Dental Care reserves the right to refuse treatment to anyone.
