ROCKLAND — Maine author Sarah Perry will discuss her memoir, After the Eclipse, Thursday, Aug. 29, at 6:30 p.m., at Rockland Public Library, as a part of the Maine Humanities Council Read ME! summer reading initiative.
There will be a read and discussion followed by a book signing.
“On the night her mother was murdered, twelve-year-old Sarah Perry was asleep in the same house. Haunted by fractured memories of that night, and by the turbulent years that follow the murder, she tracks down the truth of what really happened,” said Read ME recommending author Tess Gerritsen.
This program is presented by the Maine Humanities Council in partnership with the Maine State Library.
The talk is free and open to the public.
