APPLETON — The Appleton Library is having its spring sale on Saturday, June 4, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be books, a yard sale, and a bake sale.
There are still a few table spaces available, so if you would like to sell your goods at the sale please contact the library. There is a recommended 10 percent donation to the library from sales.
Copies of the library cookbook and the library tote bag will also be available for purchase, and like the other proceeds of the sale, will go toward library programs and expenses.
The library will be selling its children’s books for 50 cents each, which is at half off the regular price. Adult books will be on sale at buy five books––five hard-cover or five soft-cover––and get one free. The cost of CDs, which are in excellent condition, will also be reduced to 50 cents each.
While you are there, step inside and look at the new art exhibit by students of all grades at the Appleton Village School. The exhibit is only up until June 11.
