SEARSPORT — Two basketball players from Searsport District High School earned Penobscot Valley Conference accolades for their athleticism Feb. 26. 

Makenize Alley, a member of the school’s girls basketball team, and Colby Snow, a member of the school’s boys basketball team, were named to the conference’s all-defensive teams in their respective sports. 

Alley was named second-team all-conference for Class C and Snow was named third team all-conference for Class C. 

Snow was also selected to participate in the conference’s senior all-star game to be played Thursday, March 12 at Mattanawcook Academy.
