ROCKLAND — Advance care planning is an organized process of reflecting upon and discussing goals for future health care decisions. Join Vikki Webster, trained advance care planning facilitator from the Maine Health Pen Bay Medical Center Community Health team on Thursday, October 12, at 2 p.m., in the Rockland Public Library, to learn about beginning the process of filling out your advance directive.
Part of the Aging Well series co-sponsored the Rockland Public Library and Maine Health.
