CAMDEN, Maine – United Midcoast Charities’ “2022 Impact Report” shows that UMC-funded agencies provided vital services to more than 27,000 residents here in Knox and Waldo counties last year. That’s one out of every three people! This year’s report also commemorates UMC’s 80th year.

“As our community’s needs continue to escalate, UMC consistently has met the challenge,” said UMC President John Viehman. “And this isn't just our story; it belongs to the entire Midcoast community... to the agencies providing so many essential services for those in need and to the donors who give so generously to support them. Thanks to everyone involved, the good being done here has a long history and a bright future.”
