On Jan 1^st, I sensed the Spirit saying, “A New Dawn is Rising.” I then saw a vision of a ship emerging out of the fog into a sea glistening under a clear blue sky. I heard the Lord say, “Like a ship heading off course, I will watch over the Helm of My people. I am your compass, your navigator and the wind in your sails.”

   Prophetically ships represent leader-ship. A new breed of leadership with Christ at the helm, is emerging that will see clearing the path ahead. With the Lord at the helm the wind of the Spirit is released to fill your sails - the driving force that enables you to move forward by the power of the Spirit. As it is written, “Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirt says the Lord Almighty” (Zechariah 4:6).

  I also heard; “This is the year of light” and “The light of the Sun (Son) will shine upon My faithful.”  Despite the present darkness, the light of His glory will shine even brighter. The light of the Lord will not only bring His people out of the fog, but will impart clear vision. His light will set the Church on heavens course. The increasing light is given that we may see with clear vision, that which the Lord is doing, that which He is saying and the direction He is leading.

   Despite what we are seeing and hearing, our perceptions, and understanding, the light of His truth will enable His people to navigate through these perilous times. God is the watchmen who watches over His people. As we yield to the guiding light of His Spirit, the Lord will direct the course that will bring us into the fullness of the sunlight (light of His Son).  The path of the righteous is like the morning sun, shining ever brighter till the full light of day (Proverbs 4:18).

      It is written in the midst of great darkness; the light of the Lord will arise upon His people. So much so, that the light of His glory will be seen upon their countenance (Is. 60:1-3). It is the light of His glory that attract others, even Nations, to come to partake of the light of your rising. Be prepared for a harvest.  

   Although this Nation will plunge further into the abyss of chaos, confusion, discord and division, as the battles rages those who walk in the light of His glory will find this year to be a most exhilarating, adventurous and fulfilling year.  

     It will be the light of His glory that rest upon His people, the light of Christ that will turn this Nation back on course to become the shining light God has ordained for her. A new dawn is breaking forth, the light of Christ is increasing, and the turning of this Nation has begun.
