Novice, Intermediate and Competitive Sessions Start June 3rd Learn To Row Starts June 8th.

The wait is over! Sign up today for summer rowing. We have programs for all levels and at varying times of day. Ages 12-100 all are welcome.

Expectations? It's up to you. Want to just chill on the water? It's an incredibly meditative sport. Want to work on your stroke? Our coaches are all Level 2 certified with the know-how. Want to compete in regattas? Our summer programs can deliver all that.

According to the internet "Rowing is a full-body workout that can have many benefits for your physical and mental health. It's a high-intensity, low-impact exercise that can burn up to 600 calories per hour and works almost all of your muscles, including your arms, legs, back, and core. Rowing can help you:
