Laughter and friendly competition were the key elements of last Saturday’s “Costumed Competition” at CJ Strength & Conditioning in Rockport.  Competitors wearing required costumes competed in a series of workouts where abilities were tested, costumes ranged from inspiring (Hanz and Franz) to the delicious (Halo Top Ice Cream) to the creepy (“Eleven” from Stranger Things) - and some crazy breakdancing and zombie action were happening as welll! Highly sought-after prizes were distributed to the top tier competitors, and discussions are in the works for more fitness fun coming soon....
