Whether you are completing a bachelor’s degree or advancing your career through graduate studies, UMaineOnline and the Hutchinson Center are premier sources for education in mid-coast Maine.
For students with family, job and other responsibilities that do not allow for full-time study, the Bachelor of University Studies Program provides an excellent opportunity to develop a course of study that encompasses their interests and makes maximum use of existing transfer credits. Visit umaine.edu/online to learn more about the variety of courses and programs offered online year-round.
At the Hutchinson Center, students registering for fall courses can contact Nancy Bergerson, coordinator of student services and community education. Bergerson works with students and the midcoast community in supporting educational opportunities. As a UMaine graduate with a master’s degree in interdisciplinary studies, she appreciates the challenges and sacrifices students make in pursuit of higher education, whether it be a class or a degree program.
