I read a blog post recently about the pros and cons of switching to shampoo bars.  What I found interesting was the perspective was totally based on the individual.  The thing is we aren’t the only creatures on this planet and the biggest benefit to switching to a shampoo bar is eliminating needless plastic bottles.  You can have clean, lovely hair without using bottles of hair products.  Each and every one of us needs to use less plastic and that is the biggest benefit of switching to shampoo bars.

Sometimes folks say “Your bars are so expensive”.  Well- you get what you pay for.  We’re a small business in Maine.  Our bars are made in small batches with lovely Maine seaweed and our bars contain NO PALM OIL.  When you make a product palm oil free you will pay more but it’s worth it.
