Success is not measured by how many people are under me but how many have surpassed me.

The barometer of our impact is measured by how close the people are walking with the Lord, the ability to hear His voice to follow Him as victorious over-comers, walking as Sons of love ministering in their gifts as God has called and set each one in Christ body as it has pleased Him (1 Corinthians 12:18).
