Midcoast Habitat for Humanity will host an Affordable Homeownership Informational Session on Monday, June 22 at 4:00 PM at the Midcoast Habitat office, located at 680 Commercial Street in Rockport.
The session is open to individuals and families who may be interested in learning more about Midcoast Habitat’s homeownership program, the application process, eligibility criteria, and current housing developments.
Midcoast Habitat’s homeownership program is designed for applicants who demonstrate a need for safe, affordable housing, have the ability to pay an affordable mortgage, meet HUD income guidelines, live or work in Knox County for at least 1 year, and are willing to complete 250 partnership hours.
Safe, affordable homeownership may be closer than people think. This session is a chance for individuals and families to learn more about the process, ask questions, and see whether Habitat homeownership may be a good fit.
