The Study Hall in Rockport will be highlighting members of its tutoring staff over the next couple of weeks. This week we would like to introduce Marta Frisardi. Marta joined our staff in late 2016. She came to us with a Ph.D. in Biology from Brandeis University, and is currently an online course designer and instructor for online microbiology, genetics and anatomy & physiology courses. Her other experience includes 26+ years of college teaching; 6+ years of research in genetics and cell biology; 6 years teaching high school chemistry, geometry and biology; biotechnology industry experience.  

In addition, Marta is a mother of 3.  She had this to say about her desire to teach, “I use every resource and tool I have acquired in my career as a scientist and a teacher to guide, train, and inspire my students. When I teach, I shape the future.”

We are very fortunate to have had her on board with us over the last two years.  It is time to start thinking about midterms and Marta is currently accepting Biology, Chemistry and Geometry students.
