Learn what it takes to plan and protect your estate.
Penbay Estate Planning Center is proud to present their calendar of events for the upcoming Fall and Winter FREE workshops which will be held at 66 Elm Street in downtown Camden Maine.
In response to the most popular inquiries, Attorney Jesse Bifulco has prepared a schedule of workshops to inform and empower people to be active participants in their own estate plan. Workshops being offered currently are: How to Protect your Stuff, Saving the Family Camp, Planning for your Pets, and Boomers in Business. Each workshop helps attendees understand what can be done to plan and protect for their estate for themselves, their spouses and their family – including pets! With over 20 years of experience, we work with estate planning attorneys nationally to develop and implement the most effective estate planning techniques.
Pre-registration is requested, as seats are limited. To enroll, please call 207-236-4888 or enroll online at https://penbaylaw.com/event_calendar_workshops/.
How to Protect Your Stuff
This workshop answers the basic questions about estate planning documents, such as wills, powers of attorney and trusts. But it goes even further teaching with anecdotes how poor planning can tear a family apart. Some questions it answers: What is a power of attorney and do I need one? How can I protect my stuff from nursing homes? Divorce? Remarriage after I’m gone? Do I have to give my assets away to protect them? Attendees learn what it takes to make an estate plan that will not fail.
