Cooking With Seaweed
The Irish Seaweed Kitchen is one of my my favorite cookbooks. I began my seaweed journey because I was looking for a natural solution to my chronically itchy scalp. When I discovered the power of seaweed I wanted to know everything I could about this wonder plant. Prannie Rhatigan’s book really opened my eyes. She covers seaweed from appetizers to yummy main dishes. For me the revelation was using seaweed in baked goods. Seaweed is especially lovely paired with chocolate.
