Camden Snow Bowl opens at noon today
The 2020-2021 ski season has arrived, and the double chair and carpet lifts will be spinning at the Camden Snow Bowl beginning at noon today, Dec. 26.
Despite Christmas Day’s rain and warm temperatures, the snowmakers were able to put enough white stuff on the mountain to get the season started as planned. It will be a great day to stretch the muscles, flex the joints and take a few turns. And if you received new skis or a board this year, come on over and take them for a spin!
Due to Covid restrictions, the lodge is closed to the public this season. There is no storage of equipment and personal items available. Please arrive ready to boot up at your car, and bring only what you need to ski or ride as you head in. Portable toilets have been set up for your convenience. Be sure the plan ahead, and pack your car with creature comforts for you and your family.
The Big T Snack Shack will be taking orders and serving carryout from their truck this year. It is located near the Sidecountry Sports building, at the west end of the parking lot.
For quicker service, day tickets can be purchased in advance at our Ticket Store. Due to current mandated occupancy restrictions, the number of guests allowed in the ticketing and rental building will be severely limited. Please read the instructions and follow the signs.
To rent equipment, visit the Rentals page.
If you previously purchased a season pass, but have not yet received it in the mail, stop at the Ticket Trailer at the lodge entrance today for a day ticket. If you have not purchased a season pass yet, and would like to, visit the Webshop or download the application and mail/drop it off with a check into the locked dropbox at the lodge entrance.
This year is going to be different at the Snow Bowl, and still so much is the same, and familiar. Please bear with us, as we all navigate the “new normal” that is 2020, and will be the start of 2021. Looking for fresh air, you know where - Camden Snow Bowl!
