Paper whites are one of the best treats you can give yourself or others.  They are simply bulbs that are grown inside a pretty bowl filled with stones, shells or marbles.  I sprinkle sea glass on top for added beauty.  The stems grow tall and green topped with fragrant white flowers.

Do make sure you buy from a garden center that knows and loves plants otherwise you’ll get withered, unhappy bulbs unable to bloom.
