BELFAST — The annual Memorial Day parade began this year’s commemoration with memorial services, held by The Randall and Collins VFW post 3108.

Service locations included the American Legion, VFW and Grove Cemetery. After the services completed, the parade marched out of the Reny’s parking lot.

Residents and visitors lined the streets to watch as an array of community members passed by, including veterans, boy scouts, brownie members, the Belfast Area High School band, police and a fire truck.
