Due to internal movement, Maritime Energy has an opening for a full time seasonal Customer Service Representative at our So China office. This position is to assist with call volume and walk in customers during the heating season. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, detail oriented, a strong communicator, both oral and written, possess the ability to multi-task with efficiency, maintain customer awareness and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include assisting walk in customers, answering phones, accurately responding to customer inquiries, ensuring any necessary follow up with customer questions, and accurately managing customer payments.
