Maritime Energy phones are staffed 24/7 to ensure our customers are speaking with an actual Maritime employee when they call, no matter what time of day or night it is. We are committed to have adequate coverage for our customers when needed. Due to a retirement, we are looking to replace coverage for the Saturday over night shift. This position is a set weekly schedule, with the option to pick up additional hours to assist during Holidays or covering vacations. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, detail oriented, a strong communicator, both oral and written, possess the ability to multi-task with efficiency, maintain customer awareness and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include answering phones, accurately responding to customer inquiries and needs, and ensuring any necessary follow up with the customer.
