All Road Music Festival is back in Belfast this weekend with some high profile musicians and more than 30 bands.

This weekend is about the time every year when the Midcoast starts to wake up and get excited. Launchpad is throwing its annual All Roads Music Festival with a Salt Stage pop up with circus shenanigans and music as well. Then there’s a festival just for Food Trucks and did I mention learning how to throw an axe with the love of your life?

All Roads Music Festival

Friday, May 19 and Saturday, May 20 — Belfast

The third annual All Roads Music Festival, celebrating local and indie music talent is happening all around Belfast with performances, panels, artist development sessions and special events. There will be at least 30 bands and more than 100 Maine musicians from across the state. Click here for the the full lineup A festival pass will be $25 advance / $30 Festival day which provides admission to all festival performances and panels. But, if you want to attend the opening night party on Friday, you have to get a $35 VIP pass or $10 at the door. This will be light food and drink and music performances and is a great opportunity to network with music artists, music industry guests and other festival goers.

Salt Stage Live: Music, Circus & Film

Saturday May 20 — Rockland

Salt Stage Live is back for a pop up event at FOG Bar and Café with a pairing of music, circus & film starting at 8 p.m. Who is Salt Stage Live? See our previous story here. Roots of Summer Dance Party

Saturday, May 20 — Northport

Killer Road Trip: Food Truck Festival

Saturday, May 20 — Gardiner

The Gardiner Waterfront is hosting their first annual Food Truck Fest from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a day of music, beer, food and fun. Advance ticket price is $10.00; the ticket price day of event is $15.00. Under 5 free. Ticket price includes one beer ticket. Killer Road Trip: Axe Throwing Date Night

Saturday, May 20— Westbrook

The Maine Warrior Gym in Westbrook, Maine has an Axe pit, which is perfect for date night. Instructors will show you how to throw axes, from large to small, therapeutic to aggressive, you’ll find one that you like! Learn to throw an axe with a group of up to 6 people. $20 reservation fee, paid online to reserve your spot.Additional $15 per person upon arrival.
