MILO — Warren "Cobby" Small, 61, of Milo and formerly of Belfast, passed away Nov. 19, 2016. Born July 5, 1955 in Belfast to Lewis E. and Florine (Goodell) Small, Cobby graduated in 1973 from Belfast Area High School before joining the US Navy.

He was predeceased by his father, "Duke." He is survived by his loving wife, Susan (Andrews) Small; his mother, Florine Small; his daughter, Shannon Small; his grandchildren; his brother, Lewis "Skip" Small Jr.; their families and many special extended family and friends.
