    WALDOBORO — Waldoboro police responded to 112 calls for service from July 25-Aug. 1. Listed below are a few of the highlights. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

    July 25    

    Tiffanee Fraughton, 44, of Damariscotta, was arrested by Officer Larry Hesseltine for a violation of conditional release.

    July 27      

    Wayne Harvey, 64, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Hesseltine for attaching false plates.
