Waldoboro Police beat: Stolen scratch off lottery tickets, assault

    WALDOBORO — Waldoboro police responded to 131 calls for service from Jan. 24-31. Listed below are a few of the highlights. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

    Jan. 25 

    Louis Delong, 46, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Officer Larry Hesseltine for assault. 

    Jan. 26 

    Alexiee McPhee, 24, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Hesseltine for operating after suspension. 

    Jan. 27 

    A 16-year-old male, of Friendship, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Spear for possession of marijuana. 

    Sgt. Jamie Wilson is investigating a report from a citizen of a theft. (no details in log). 

    Hesseltine is investigating a report from a citizen of the theft of $700 in scratch off lottery tickets from her vehicle. 

    Jan. 30

    Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a report from a citizen of criminal mischief to his trailer.
