Waldo County Unified Court closed cases: Gross sexual assault, OUI, assault

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court April 24 - May 3.

    Megan R. Leary, 28, of Searsport, violating conditions of release in Searsport Oct. 23, 24 hours in jail.

    Michael Martinez, 43, of Northport, unlawful possession of heroin in Liberty Dec. 4, dismissed.

    Robert S. Larrabee, 40, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Belfast Feb. 17, $500 fine and license suspended for 150 days.

    Hilary A. Patenaude, 26, of Augusta, operating under the influence in Knox Feb. 18, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Jesse W. Dodge, 36, of Frankfort, attaching false plates in Belfast Feb. 23, $300 fine; attaching false plates in Searsport Feb. 4, $300 fine.

    Eric D. Harvey, 31, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Knox Jan. 26, $250 fine.

    Krystyl A. Robbins, 25, of Brooks, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast March 21, 2016, 364 days in jail with all suspended, one year of probation, $400 fine and $70 restitution.

    Raymond Miner, 31, of Knox, domestic violence assault in Knox June 20, 2016, 180 days in jail with all but 21 days suspended and one year of probation.

    Robert J. Bell, 55, of Islesboro, probation violation in Islesboro Sept. 21, 2016, nine months in jail with all suspended and one year of probation.

    Paul S. Andrews, 34, of Jackson, gross sexual assault (four counts) in Jackson (dates: Oct. 27, 2015, Aug. 27, 2016, Dec. 26, 2016, and Dec. 27, 2016), 18 years in prison for each count; gross sexual assault (11 counts) in Jackson (dates: April 27, 2015, June 27, 2015, Aug. 27, 2015, Dec. 27, 2015, Feb. 27, 2016, April 27, 2016, June 27, 2016, and Oct. 27, 2016), all dismissed.

    Cory M. Wells, 33, of Bangor, operating a vehicle without a license in Unity Aug. 2, dismissed.

    Joseph McBride, 29, of Waldo, assault in Brooks Feb. 15, seven days in jail and $300 fine; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Brooks Feb. 15, seven days in jail; violating conditions of release in Waldo April 28, seven days in jail.

    Brandon Knox, 30, of Biddeford, criminal trespass in Belfast April 27, 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release in Belfast April 27, 48 hours in jail.
